If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can request a refund or return within 14 days of delivery.

You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The size isn’t right
• You change your mind after receiving your order

Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the process.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition and packaging
• Return shipping may be required unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Once your return is received and checked, we will process:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement, depending on your preference

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing times for your bank or provider.

For international orders:

Shipping costs and import taxes are non-refundable
Delivery delays caused by customs are beyond our control
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
